You may have one account or a thousand accounts that owe you money- we can help you collect on them all!
Our staff is always here to answer any questions you may have and offer free fee quotes. There have even been times our advice has resulted in clients getting payment out of their debtor without us actually being involved!
We service the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts along with clients in every other state in the country. It doesn’t matter where you or your debtor is located! We can help you get the money you are owed.
Nationwide Debt Collections
We are a “one-stop-shop” for clients who are dealing with collection accounts around the United States. You don’t have to hire several collection firms to handle your debtors when you use our centralized and comprehensive collection approach to collect your debt. This allows you to save time, money, and resources by using a law firm that can handle all of your collection needs.
Remember, we are collection attorneys, not a collection agency. We can arrange to file suit in any state the debt is in and place a lien on any available asset in order to collect. It doesn’t matter where the business exists or has moved to. We will identify what their assets are and we will pursue them to collect on your debt. We comply with the laws where your debtor is located.
Collection Fees
Our contingent fee agreement states that we do not make any money ourselves unless we collect the money for you. This gives us a major incentive to collect what is owed to you as soon as possible.
Our contingent fees range usually from 30% to 40% depending on the case. Occasionally depending on the circumstances we might even charge only 25% if it involves only ending a demand letter. We may also set a one-time percentage for the clients that give us a number of collection cases to work with. Learn more about our debt collection process.
